Knowing that conventional approaches often overlook the root cause, I dedicated myself to seeking out holistic, alternative solutions. My journey has brought me to incredible tools like massage, reiki, acupuncture and breathwork, combined with the wisdom of nature and ancient practices.
If you're looking for a way to reconnect with your body and step into your own healing power, the answers are already within you. All it takes is a willingness to listen, a commitment to your well-being, and the right support. I’m here to guide you with the knowledge, experience, and tools that helped me heal—so you can do the same.
I was searching for something that would truly restore my mind, body, and spirit. My personal healing journey led me to massage and reiki, where I experienced firsthand how you can be your own healer with the aligned foundation built in authenticity can change everything one present moment at a time.
I came face to face with my own healing crisis and had a decision to make—continue living in imbalance or fully commit to transformation. I chose the path of deep healing. Along the way, I uncovered how massage and reiki not only helped me recover but also awakened a passion for helping others do the same.
I knew that if I didn’t change my mindset, actions and who I was surrounded with, I’d head down a path that didn’t align with my true purpose and ultimately lead to my death. I needed something that would challenge me, shape me, and ultimately guide me toward healing. That’s when I discovered reiki, massage and being my own guide — following my internal voice no matter how much fear came up on me and everything started to shift.
Long story short, I was born and raised in Lake Oswego, OR. My journey into my authentic self through massage, reiki, and writing has been anything but ordinary. Life has thrown its fair share of challenges my way, but I refused to let them define me. Anyone who has experienced living in a broken system designed to make you feel crazy understands the kind of resilience I’ve developed. At age 6, I felt called to something bigger than myself, but followed the voices of others until one day I was diagnosed with cancer.
